Notes: At the top of Shutlingsloe is a metal disc set in some rock, on which someone has engraved the names of some of the hills one can see from the summit. Around the edge of the disc are engraved the following words: "In memory of Arthur Smith, a doughty fighter for footpaths and access to mountains. Erected by the Peak and Northern Footpaths Society and the Ramblers Assocn."
