The map location is the location of where I took the photo, rather than were the hills are. We were driving on the A593, between Consiton and Ambleside. I think, more specifically, that it was between Skelwith Bridge and Clappersgate. Looking here towards Grasmere, I think. I love the autumn colours of the trees and bracken here, and the 3 layers of hills, from the bright colours in the foreground to the snow at the back.
