Viscount Combermere's statue, which is located outside the entrance to County Hall. The building on the left used to be Cheshire Police's headquarters. It was demolished in September / October 2006. 'HQ Chester is being build in its place. Swanky flats and offices. The huge concrete side wall of the old HQ was pretty amazing - it looks like something a good rock climber would have been able to scale.
