When you send an ecard, it is stored in a database, which is rather like a row in an Excel spreadsheet.
I often get queries from people asking if their ecards have been received. I thought it'd be useful to provide a facility to allow people to check this themselves.
All you need to do is enter the email address you used when you sent your ecard(s), and you'll get an email back listing the ecards you have sent / received, and whether or not they were read. You can also resend them, which will send a new notification email to the original recipient.
Please bear in mind that I don't keep all ecards forever. After a certain point I delete old ecards, to free up database space. There is no rule about how often I do this - though it is normally not more often than every 3 or 4 months.
This process is secure, in that the data is emailed to the valid recipient - you can't use it to check which ecards other people have sent / received.
If you want to have a record of everything you've sent and received in the past 6 months (linked to your email address), you can do that too (for free!) by signing up as a member.
